Peak Climbing in Nepal
There are several trekking peaks in Nepal that are open for alpine climbing under NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association) regulations. The ascent of these mountains is controlled under the rules and auspices of the association. Being a member of the NMA helps operators to organize peak climbing programs in various regions of the country. Climbing a trekking peak gives hobby climbers the opportunity to tackle a high Himalayan peak without having to organize a major expedition. Although these peaks are not as lofty as their more famous cousins - the 8000-metre peaks - many of the climbs are no less demanding and adventurous in nature. By the Himalayan yardstick these are considered minor mountains, but on a global scale some of them are extremely challenging snow and ice climbs of a high standard.
Our company provides guests with qualified and trained mountaineering guides and other field staff to take inexperienced visitors, even non-climbers, to the summit of a trekking peak safely and with fair chances of success. Our services are guaranteed to make one’s trek, including the peak climb, safe and simple. Please check out our programs for further details and feel free to contact us for further information.
