JUNGLE SAFARI IN NEPAL
Bardiya Karnali Rafting Package
Duration
: 7-14 days
Price
: $On Request
Bardiya can be toured as a separate entity entirely on its own, but due to its remote location in the far Midwest region of the country, we recommend that it be combined with a rafting trip on the Karnali River, which is also in the same general region. Therefore, killing two birds with the single stone, so to speak, is the most popular and practical solution for rafting and wildlife aficionados.
After the 9-day rafting trip is over, one drives from the pull out point of Chisapani and drives to Bardiya by bus, where one is made comfortable in our choice of hotel. After a hot shower and a hot cuppa, a jungle walk in the late afternoon will enable one to catch sight of the native fauna at the local waterholes. A vast variety of birds, monkeys, deer and the occasional herd of wild pigs can be seen.
